Stephanie is a high school teacher with a 40+ year history of teaching English and supporting students for whom English is a second language in the classroom. She has worked in the child care sector for 20+ years. Her passion is in fostering children's life-long interest in learning to develop the critical thinking skills they will need to be 21st century citizens in an increasingly global and interconnected world.

Bec has 20 years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector, starting her career as a young trainee. Her commitment and passion has led her to become a Nominated Supervisor, where her aim is to nurture and guide the educational team in delivering exceptional care and education for our children. Bec belives that the first five years of a child’s life are paramount for who they become later in life and prides herself on developing strong relationships with families and parents within our community. She holds her team accountable to high expectations of safety, care and education to deliver an outstanding learning environment, enriched curriculum and successful transition to school program.
Kelly Hirst

Kelly holds a bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching degree and has 11 years of experience working in the early childhood education and care sector. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive and loves being part of their learning journey and watching their curiosity, confidence and unique personalities grow. As a Nominated Supervisor, she is also passionate about supporting and guiding our team to deliver quality education and care - when educators feel supported, valued and inspired, they can create the best possible experiences for children and families.

Practice and Pedagogy Lead
With nearly 12 years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching) Mario is passionate about supporting children, families and educators throughout their learning journey. His role focuses on fostering high quality educational practices, mentoring educators and building strong partnerships with families to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. My personal philosophy is "Knowledge is not yours to keep, but yours to share." This belief guides my approach to leadership and education, inspiring me to empower others through mentorship, reflection and the sharing of knowledge to create a culture of growth and excellence.
